As someone who resides on the cusp of Boomerdom, I’m only mildly offended by this piece.

I actually loved it — well written, passionate and based in fact and history. The paragraph about “truthiness” could have been lifted from Kurt Anderson’s great book “Fantasyland.” Well done.
